Hours of Operation
Our hours of operation are from 1 pm to 7 pm each Thursday throughout the warm season. We don't stop until the weather gets too cold to stay out.
If the weather is too hot or going to be bad weather, we are canceled for that day.
Sometimes if the day is slow, and no one is coming. We start to pack up a little early.
If you wish to call your favorite vedor to make sure they are there that day or what time they are staying till. You may do so.
Where is the market located?
Our market is located at: Veterans Memorial Park 220 E. Fullerton Ave Glendale Heights, IL 60139
We do the market in the parking lot right next to the Veterans Park. We are across from the Glendale Heights Pool, kidie corner from the Park District and Senior Center, and near the Village and Police Department. It is all in one area. You can see the market off of Fullerton Ave from the street.

How can I become a vendor?
The Market is free for vending, but you must be approved by Tanya. Please contact Tanya Macko with the Glendale Heights Police Department. She runs the market.

What do I need to be a vendor?
You may want a 10 x 10 straight leg canopy tent with weights, tables, chairs, tablecloth, and your product. You provide whatever you need for your tent. The Market provides the space and advertizment.
Our location gets windy sometimes, so make sure you have a good way to keep your tent in place. We do have some spots in the grass, but some of us like to do it in the parking lot. It is easier for people with walking issues to get to us. Plus, it is easier for people to know where we are.
How much does vending cost for this market?
This market is free for vendors, but you must still sign-up with Tanya.
Are these all the vendors you have?
No, as of July 10, 2026. This is not all the vendors we have. These are only the vedors that I have interveiwed so far. We are also working on the pictures to put on the website. This website can active July 10, 2026, to be able to be seen for the Glendale Heights Fest from July 9-12. We will keep working on this website until all our vedors are on it. How can I receive my items that I order from the website?
This is a good question! One can either come out to the Glendale Heights Market on Thursdays from 1 - 7 pm, located at 220 E. Fullerton Ave., Glendale Heights, IL. 60139.
You also may make other arrangements with the vedor you are buying from.
Are the food vendors licensed to sell food?
Yes, all our food vendors have gone through the process to get their license.
How soon does the face painter need to know in advance about my party or event?
To make sure you get your event/party avaiable with our face painter; it is best to contact her as soon as you know. The earlier the better! Especially in the fall! If you call at last minute, she will not be able to do your party/event.
Does your face painter do individual make-up for an event?
Yes, our face painter does do individual make-up for an event you are going to! However, she does not do scary or evil make-up due to her being a pastor. She can however referr you to someone who is willing to do that kind of make-up.
